Parrish Wood Bowls were produced by the J. Shepherd Parrish Company, which began in Chicago in the late 1800s and moved its factory to Hulbert, Michigan in 1919. The company was locally known as the "Wooden Bowl Factory". They primarily used local hardwoods like cherry, oak, and maple to create their bowls.
