Inspired by the foothills and wildflower meadows surrounding Icicle Ridge near Leavenworth, Washington, this original landscape painting captures the rugged beauty and seasonal color of the eastern Cascades. Painted in acrylic with expressive brushwork and layered color, the composition balances recognizable landscape elements with a painterly, intuitive approach—reflecting my practice as a Seattle-based artist working between landscape and abstraction.
