Rich emerald green glossy glaze over the classic spiraling ribbed texture, with the scalloped rim following the swirl pattern. Marked "Bauer, Los Angeles, 6" to the underside. A wonderful, collectible piece of California pottery history — best used as an indoor cachepot (no drainage hole) or displayed as a sculptural object on its own.
